Terms & Conditions – Build Your Business Competition

1. Promoter
   This competition is promoted by Empire Industry Finance, ABN 91 615 279 484, based in Australia.
2. Eligibility
   Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. By entering, participants confirm they are 18+ and legally eligible. Proof of age and identity may be required to claim the prize.
3. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must complete the entry form by providing a valid email address and first name. A phone number may also be submitted but is optional. Only one entry per person is permitted. Incomplete or duplicate entries may be deemed ineligible.
4. Competition Period
   The competition opens at 9:00 AM AEST on 29 June 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 14 July 2025. Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

1. Winner Selection & Notification
   All winners will be drawn at random on 14 July 2025. The major prize winner and runners-up will be notified via email within 48 hours. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
2. Marketing & Data Sharing
   By entering, participants consent to their name, email address, and optional phone number being shared with all participating businesses. These businesses may contact entrants for marketing purposes in accordance with their own privacy policies. Participants can unsubscribe from communications at any time after the competition ends.
3. Privacy
   Empire Industry Finance will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Participating businesses are responsible for managing their own communications and privacy practices.
4. Prize Conditions
   Prizes are not redeemable for cash, transferable, or exchangeable. Each component of the prize is subject to the individual terms, availability, and fulfilment policies of the providing brand.
5. Liability
   Empire Industry Finance and participating businesses accept no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries, technical issues, or any loss arising from prize redemption. All care is taken, but no responsibility is accepted for unforeseen circumstances beyond the promoter’s control.
6. General
   By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions. The promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without notice, including substituting prize elements if necessary.
