Bank Export Instructions
Click your bank to expand instructions on how to export your statements.
To download your transactions with ANZ:
- Select your account and navigate to “Download” and select your account from the home page
- Select the “Download” icon on the “Transactions” tab.
- Select a search period by selecting the “Date Range” selection, to specify your own date range.
Please ensure your dates are correct for the corresponding financial year. [EG FY2020: 01/07/2019-30/06/2020]
- Download as a CSV file only and upload
To download your transaction history with the Bank of Melbourne:
- Select account
- Select dates under transaction history
Please ensure you enter the correct dates for the corresponding financial year. [EG FY2020: 01/07/2019 – 30/06/2020]
- Scroll down to Export transactions as CSV format only
- Upload
To download your transactions with Bendigo Bank as a CSV file:
- Click on the account you would like to download your transactions from, then click on the ‘Download’ button located just above your account activity feed. This button can also be found in the Account Settings menu.
- Ensure the custom date range is accurate to the financial year you’re downloading for. [EG FY2020: 01/07/2019 – 30/06/2020]
- Select the file format as CSV [MS Excel]
- Upload
To download your bank transactions from Commbank:
- Select Account
- Search – Dates – Time period – Enter the corresponding dates for the financial year you are downloading for.
[EG FY2020: 01/07/2019 – 30/06/2020]
- Search
- Export as CSV (eg MS Excel) at the bottom of the page
Please double check the dates once downloaded as we need the entire finical year from 01/07/FY to 30/06/FY. Commbank search will only download 600 transactions at a time.
- Export > CSV Format > Upload

If you have more than 600 transactions, head to the CSV and scroll down to the earliest date in your transaction list.
Repeat step 2 but change the end date to the date you just checked in your file, search and export as CSV format again.
This may need to be repeated a few times if your bank account has a lot of transactions.
Please repeat this for all the accounts you have either spent business expenses or received any business income.
To export your transaction history in CSV format with ING bank:
- Log in to your internet banking
- Select Account and click ‘Transaction History’
- Select ‘Show more options’ and enter your custom dates
Please ensure you enter the dates correctly for the corresponding year. [EG FY2020: 01/07/2019 – 30/06/2020]
- Export drop down button – (CSV Excel)
- Upload
To export your transaction history with NAB, simply:
1.Go to your ‘transaction history’ screen.
2.Select your account
3.Use the ‘Show filter’ option to customise your list of transactions.
4.Select the ‘export’ option located under the Show or Hide Filter Button.
5.Export as CSV File format
6.Upload
Please ensure that you enter the correct custom date range for the corresponding financial year. [EG FY2020: 01/07/2019 – 30/06/2020]
To download your bank transactions is CSV format from Westpac:
- From the Overview drop down select Exports & Reports’ Transactions
- Click Export
- Enter date range
Please ensure your date ranges are correct for the corresponding financial years. [EG FY2020: 01/07/2019 – 30/06/2020]
- Select Account
- Select File Format as CSV
- Export & Upload
